Hi good people, a quick question i purchased a breville coffee grinder in December, yesterday morning has stop working, it smells a burning motor too.
Never claim a warranty before in my life, Where should i claim the warranty from, The retailer or breville?

Update:
I called Breville and they processed the claim over the phone - it was a pain free 5 minutes call.
Breville gave me a case number, advised me to go to the retailer and get the replacement from them
went to the retailer, gave them the case number, and they simply just gave me a new unit from the shelves.
we are so fortunate to have ACL protecting consumer, glad that both consumer and the business are aware of it.
Best bet is to contact the retailer first.
