Hi Guys,
Been looking at a few different Tv's for my parents,
They want a 65" They only run Standard Foxtel and Own a Blu Ray, Also keen to have Netflix.
I've seen such brands as Viano, TCL, Soniq..
I know not going to get the best TV put there but chasing best bang for buck.
Any advice will be great.

Yeah missed the last sale on Friday for the Hisense… They kinda want now as HDMI inputs gone on current TV and love watching Blu Rays….
Best I could get Harvey Norman was $1070 for the Hisense
I'd go Hisense.
I bought a Hisense 65P7 and it's absolutely beautiful, granted it's no OLED etc. But it's excellent value for money.
Hisense are excellent value TV's for money.

We ended up going Hisense.. RT Edwards have it for $985 so even better..
I was pushing for the Hisense but they were after something cheap….
Just finished setting up and it's brilliant and with an upgrade to the Foxtel to HD they won't leave home.

Forgot to mention, Hisense has a 3 year warranty.
Though this doesn't mean that Hisense is a better quality brand than say Sony, Hisense is just building it's brand name and working to establish itself as a quality brand.
My mum got a Viano, it’s bad. You have to use the remotes mouse mode for Netflix to be functional
Don't get a Viano, TCL or Soniq. All utter garbage.
This Hisense P6 (65 inch) is your best bet. 3 year warranty. This deal has expired, but should return once the 2019 models are released.

Also, get your parents to upgrade to the HD package on their Foxtel. Nobody should be watching SD on a 65 inch TV.
