First question I would ask…
Do I get a staff discount at Dan Murphys and can I combine this with cashrewards?
No discount on Dan even with staff card
Relax. Answer what you know. Be honest and respectful.
Whirlpool is usually a good source for this info too.
Surprisingly got more replies on here.
Without being a know-it-all at least know some basic facts about the company.

As far a group interview skills/dynamics go, use peoples names, seem friendly and alert, listen, volunteer your ideas, smile and say thank you etc.
Super Bonus Points if you know who Reg Clairs or Roger Corbett are.
Double Super Bonus Points if you know who Paul Simons is.
He sings that song "You can call me Al"
someone needs to be Betty…
Quadruple Super Bonus Points if you know who Bill Pratt is.
Try and take the lead in one of the activities, but also demonstrate you can let others do the same.
My favourite way to do this was trying to lead one of the group discussions and writing the things down, but then letting someone else “shine” when it came to presenting back to the room.
It's absolutely ridiculous isn't it, what they really should be asking will you put up with our shit or quit like everyone does!
Apparently most people quit within the 4 months or something I believe.
Yeah I believe that. I literally got my job because unlike the other people I had dependents and mentioned it during my interview, and I was told that unlike other people I would turn up for work.
Assert your dominance, through urination or physical confrontation.
Discredit your opposition through the circulation of vicious rumours.
But most of all have fun and be yourself.
I'd be asking
* How many minutes and how many times can I sit on the toilet daily in work hours before it becomes a problem with upper management.
* Is it better to pull a sicky before or after a holiday.
* Can I share the staff discount card for hot female customers I'll be chatting up to help pass the day when I get the job.
* Are there microwaves in the staff room or do we use the display ones on the shelfs for lunch.
* Is it OK for a work mate to stamp my time sheet if I'm out of sickies.
* How many weeks do I need to work before I should ask for a pay rise.
* If my supervisor starts riding me and gets on my back should I call the Unions or the state manager.
No payrise, and you'll get away with murder as you won't be promoted ever if you aren't someone's offspring
Best to pull a sickie whilst on annual leave.. that way you can convert annual leave days to sick leave. Just need a doc cert.
Suggest looking at Glassdoor under the job title you're applying for (team member, nightfill?) And potentially whirlpool under JObs (search for Woolworths)
