Hi everyone, just wondering if there are any laser printers around that are under $140, with consumables/toner under $35 for around 2800 pages. I will need network connectivity (ethernet or wireless) and automatic duplex would be a plus.

Don't know if this one is still available, but there are a few alternatives if you look at the comments.
Brother HL-2170w if you can live without duplex & still find one around, usually ~$99 at the usual culprits (OW, DSE etc), just search OzB for it! Otherwise, the HL-2270Dw does duplex IIRC, and should be close to your budget if you shop around! :)

Generic toners usually come in at ~$30-35 on fleabay, they're quite reliable too! ;)
Are there any other mono laser with duplex that are cheap to maintain?, I'm interested in picking one up but if the Brother HL-2270DW is the best in the range, i'll probably pick that up.

You didn't say if had to be new or not, or if you don't mind if it prints 4 ppm. :) You can probably find some old clunkers still going strong on eBay where they are almost willing to pay you to take it away but you have to come with a trolley.
