I have a pair of Jaybirds X3 that recently died. I did purchase them in the US via Amazon US and the company agreed to send me a new pair, but to a US address. I'm trying to find a provider that can accept it, and send it to me to Perth. The issue is that they want me to specify the sales, which is none as this is a replacement. How do I go about that and what would be the easiest/cheapest provider for this kind of transaction?
I know but as this is a warranty replacement I wont' be paying anything.
If you use my us, once received you can inform them about this return fact then you should be able to specify $0 value for $0 gst.
Pretty sure you just set up an address with MyUS.com and when they get the parcel, they work out shipping costs to you and charge you then

Would have thought Amazon would ship replacement to the original address without issue

The sales you meant the value if shipment? You can use the original purchase value as item replaced is new right?
