Kogan customer service is really bad the last few times I've used it. They take 3-5 business days to reply. Not going to stand a chance against amazon.

I wonder how Kogan will deal with shipping.
I personally see Amazon's subscription to Prime model as polarising.

  I wouldn't worry about his photo.
  Regardless if his company is perceived to be a success or not, or whatever, his back story is interesting, and he personally has been extremely successful to date.
