    Yes. Get the US SIZE M.
    I'm 187cm and a fairly muscly 90kg, it's a good-snug fit on me. Although, I have a long torso, so I find it a little bit 'short'. I actually ordered the L at the same time, and it wasn't any longer, it was just bulkier for fatter people.

      My only other comment is pockets are closed over the zip, its kind of awkward to find the pocket hole with your hand without looking.. the 'angle' of the pocket zip seems a little strange. Not a big deal. Super comfy and warm.

      Seconded. I’m similar size/weight and bought L originally which was too large. The M is a big M so you should be fine.
