Office for US$99, would it work here?

Just spotted this deal http://www.alphashark.com/Default.aspx . Anybody know if office can be "region locked" in any way, i.e. if I found a way to buy this would it be legal to use here?

    I reckon you'd need a US credit card to pay.. you may also need to have a US IP address to buy and poossibly download. (which you could do via VPN)

    Well they accept paypal so hopefully can get around the CC issue, not sure if the do an IP check though….
