Anthony, have you whitelisted ozbargain and wn.nr in your adblock/scriptblock software you're
running, your referral didn't track and I'm not bothered about that but thought I'd reply with
how to increase referral tracking success.
I've whitelisted ozbargain, wn.nr, gleam.io and several others to try and make sure referrals track.All good, Take care.
Hi Corcivillius, I've been curious about the whole referral thing for a while now. Whenever I go to a gleam comp after someone has used my referral, it's unclear to me if I've been awarded the extra entry. The little box still shows "+1" and not a tick symbol.

With Gleam, when it shows +1 it means you'll get 1 entry per referral but not referred anyone yet,
if it shows 1 without the plus it means you've signed up 1 referral,
if it shows 3(originally showed +1) it means you've referred 3, it doesn't add a tick symbol to it.
So if you still see +1 or +5, if the + is still there it hasn't tracked your referral.
As for referral tracking,
I'm not running my VPN, but looking at my online settings for VPN I've got Malware, Ads/Trackers turned
on, and they've added Social networks, porn, gambling, fake news, other VPN's(????) and cryptominers,
they are all done at the DNS level but I'm not running my VPN.
Looking at my unused VPN I'm sure it could interfere with referral tracking, talk about 1st world problems ey.
EDIT.. I can whitelist online settings with this VPN.
