Catch Selling GoPro with Photo of Waterproof Case in Ad but Does Not Come with One

I recently purchased a gopro from catch https://www.catch.com.au/product/gopro-hero-7-black-4k-actio…

In the photos it shows the 3 way being used with a waterproof case but after receiving the gopro it does not include it. Am i wrong to think that if it shown in the ad that it should be included. They could have shown using the 3-way mount with the frame that is included. Also the ad does not mention it not including the water proof case does not list it either. Feels deceptive to me that they show it in the ad.

    Do you see "waterproof case" anywhere in that product title? Is it anywhere in the product description?

    It literally lists the pack contents. Waterproof case is not in it. Found this out the hard way as I purchased it to get the free turtle that never came. Complained to catch, they informed me the turtle was not listed on the "pack contents", so I wouldnt be receiving it.

      My GoPro Hero 7 black sits on my motorbike….getting drenched in rain, baked in the sun, getting fly swatted, all while travelling at 100-110km/h…. go out and start using the darn camera!

      If you can't use the GoPro with the mount because of not in waterproof case then it's a problem. If you can, then I'm afraid even it's pictured, it's not included.

    The gopro 7 is already waterproof without the housing… so what's your problem?

    Hero 7 is waterproof to 10m without a case. Only need the supersuit if going beyond that (to 60m).

    yeah i guess the photo does show a hero 4 in a waterproof case. Maybe if you return your 7, they'll give you a hero 4 with a waterproof case instead.
