I would like to know if anyone can point me in the right direction to purchase the following:
* I am looking at getting 6 down-lights with dimmer. (16W and 90 mm)
* 3 down-lights with sensor (preferably 16W and 90 mm). I would also like to have the option to leave them on, or make them sensor based.
* 4 ceiling fan with lights. As the ceiling fans are covering an area of 9 - 12 meter sq, I would like a fan with the biggest LED light fittings I can get.I see some fans have 2 led light spots, but not sure what LED size (length wise) the fan can house. I would like to fit 2 x 16 W LED lights in the fan, and have the option to dim them (or turn on 1 single light), if I want.
* 2 sensor flood lights. Each flood light should ideally have 2 bulbs to focus in two directions.

Thanks bud, yes I contact the sparky - wasn't doing it myself.
Quality 16w LEDs will be crazy bright. I have 6x12w in a 4x4 lounge room and they are excessively bright and usually on max dim unless I'm doing something that requires light (reading, sewing, fixing something). 4x4 bedrooms also have 4x12w and are usually too bright.
Most sensor lights will bypass the timer if you turn them on/off/on quickly.
Try a specialist lighting store like Beacon, Vision, Lighting SuperStore, etc They can usually recommend a sparky too.
Thanks bud, I only have 2 points in my 4 x 4 room, so wanted 16 W instead - will maybe put a dimmer.
Id it's a cavity ceiling get them to put in 2 more or change light fittings. D/Ls aren't really meant for area lighting.
Bunnings/Beacon Lightning ?
Perhaps ask your electrician and he would be able to recommend a place. By looking at the list of items you won't be able to DIY without risking the home/content insurance anyway unless you are a licensed electrician.
