Apparently can mop and vacuum and also works with Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa.
I assume stock will be limited as it may be a discontinued product line but nonetheless a great price for what it does.
Agree, have the 2nd gen rock and purchased another top of the range deebot, feels like xiaomi wins

Can anyone tell me which Xiaomi maps the rooms so I don’t need to install magnetic barriers in the doorways? I was holding off for the Deebot 900 cause the 600 can’t be told which rooms to avoid. If the Xiaomi can do this I might get one. Thanks in advance

I have the 2nd gen Xiaomi and can tell that it does meet your requirements. Once you let it clean the whole house you can then put soft barrier and avoid zones on the map.
The catch with that is there is limited soft-barriers and avoid zones can be set up on the map.
How do the robot vacs compare to normal vacs? I have a Miele bagless CX1 and it's awesome, but I am lazy so pondering the options.
You still need the normal vacuum every now and then to clean the corners.
You also need the normal vac for a deep clean (fine dust buried in the carpet).
Gen 1 also has the ability now after a firmware update.
Xiaomi being controlled via Home Assistant, and I can clean individual rooms with Google and "Hey Google, vacuum the kids bedrooms"
I got iLife V7 few years back for 240.
This Ecobot is hardly any better apart from Google home integration. Xiaomi is way better.
However for the normob folk that don't know any better, this is cheap as chips for local vacuum
Go for the Xiaomi robot vac. You will never regret.

We have a roborock s50. It come on daily and vacuums down stairs. Having two dogs, this has really helped with the hair. It’s truely amazing.
Just leaving feedback for anyone who is buying this….. I just got this deal recently and have been doing some tests. All in all its just ok. The robot is a dumb robot and not as smart smart as the Xiaomi one, battery is not as long as well and app is basic.
I have the Xiaomi gen1 and its fantastic so would recommend the gen 2 compared to this.
Good points:
Moping is ok
Can go on plush carpets
Has a remote control
Low Noise
Price Point is good for $300
Bad points:
Battery only last for about 1hr
Mapping/Sensor/Smartness from App is not as good as Xiaomi
Parts could be expensive in the long run
Did not go back to dock when out of battery and also sometimes it cant find its dock so you have to carry the dam thing back to dock…Xiaomi just works without the trouble.
Buy Xiaomi. End of story.
