Absurd generalisation.
Granted, all new world wines (orange or otherwise) are polarising, however to write off an entire style of wine as 'generally crap' is closed minded.
I'm no fan of traditional, heavy red varietals however i wouldn't be arrogant enough to suggest they are crap simply because i don't enjoy them.
Traditional red wines have, to a large degree, defined what wine is for centuries. If you don't like them, you don't like wine!
And I don't have a vested interest.
Where's the debate?
I'll start. Orange wines are generally crap. Faulty. Just a fad. Marketing. In 10 years they will be all but gone .
