What's Biltong?

Biltong is air-dried beef jerky, made from 100% Aussie Beef Topside, preservative-free.
Super-high in protein, it's the perfect any-time snack.
Unlike normal jerky, our biltong is also available in soft varieties, which are easier to chew, and also hard varieties, like conventional jerky. Which do you prefer: hard or soft?

Soft Biltong

The Classic Traditional Biltong is less tough than jerky.
Also try our premium Wagyu Beef Biltong. It's more expensive, but well worth it.

Flavours:
Original
Chilli Garlic
Smokey BBQ (Limited Edition)

Hard Biltong

The Biltong/Jerky Snapsticks are slightly tough like conventional jerky.

Flavours:
Original
Smokey BBQ
Chilli
Chilli Garlic
Lemon Pepper (Limited Edition)
Cajun (Limited Edition)

I received my order today, which was quite fast.
I found the biltong snapsticks not dry enough, which makes them very hard to eat as they require a fair amount of chewing. When I used to buy them from markets, It was much easier to break them into smaller edible pieces by hand.
