2 for $60 deal on all clothing
Deal says that it is only for T-shirts but works for jackets as well that are normally near $200, which makes it a crazy cheap.
Shipping is $10, but that looks to be free over $100 and they have an option to pick up in store as well
Website also says that it ends in 2020, so this whole thing is most likely a mistake that will be fixed soon so I would suggest moving quickly!
I've got my delivery order split up even further. Another Supercheap event where they're inconsistent with refunds/dispatches?
When only some items are in stock the order will be split, sometimes multiple times. Can be confusing but if you trace through the information is all there. Better than the old system where you couldn't work out which items were actually sent.
Plain clothes ticket inspectors are going to have a field day!

Received an apology email from David Jones stating they are unable to process the order. Wasted 15 mins of time on this. DJ sucks ;)
To be fair, about 15 minutes after this was posted there's a lot of discussion about based on the past, DJ wouldn't honour this.
It was always "roll the dice" and see.

Hey OP, just wanted to say thanks. My C&C order was fulfilled. One jacket (RRP $180) and one tee ($60) so pretty happy with that.
They split one of my orders into 3, then cancelled one of those yet didn't refund me.
This might get painful…
Got cancellation email. Paid with eGC but no mention of how long a refund eGC will take to arrive in my inbox. On a positive note, at least this refreshes the expiry of my eGC
you will need to chase it up as they dont automatically refund your gift cards. I have to chase them up since my order was cancelled like 2 months ago still nothing.
They should. I’d go social media on them if your order was refunded two months ago and they haven’t given a new gift card yet …
The customer service team just sent an apology email and will action within 24 hours. Hopefully I will get it back today, if not following your advice. Thanks for your advice :)
Not impressed with DJ, at least Myer cancelled your order and they refund your GC straight away. If people didn't remember if they had order something from DJ online and got their order cancelled but not receiving their refund.
@bibimbap: DJs used to refund straight back onto the gift card that was used to pay for it, but the problem was that a lot of people threw out their gift cards (which is fair enough) …

@jpwagga: Can go either way. The store might not be able to find stock, but usually the order just gets allocated to another store
@jpwagga: it just means your creditcard/paypal/giftcard details have been validated and the order may progress.. it doesn't mean they have stock or plan to fulfil the order.. all of my cancelled orders started off with the card validated status
@knackers: If the order's split, it usually means in store fulfilment. At Dispatch means it's coming from the warehouse

For anyone only getting partial refunds and being told they cannot cancel the order now via emails, call them up.
I called and they refunded the whole order straight away.
I know it was a pricing error and we would be lucky to get it, but their customer service is terrible.

Looks like they are sending me 2 out of the 8 items I ordered. Not bad.
I got a refund for the 6 items already and ended up paying $46 for two items which beats the 2 for $60 offer!

SHIPPED! purchased 2 jackets 1 polo 1 tee. 2 jaackets and polo got cancelled. The tee RRP $59.95 got shipped and paid only $14 for it!
David Jones just emailed ….2 of the 4 items are unavailable and they are charging me $68.14 instead of $60 for the other 2 items…pathetic

I've just been sent my taking number. After a cancellation email, apology email, and a PayPal refund. We'll see what happens!

Looks like they’re redirecting my parcel back to Silverwater. I’ve then redirected it back to my PO Box. Looks like I’ll be having some fun with them heh.

I doubt it if we will ended up with anything, I think they’ve just lodged the shipment details with Aus Post and haven’t even dispatched the items. It’s all lol for me.

@mrshorty: You can redirect to any address; doesn’t have to be a Parcel Locker.
DJs sending out the parcel, only to recall it, is pretty interesting; I wonder why they did that

@mrshorty: I signed up with Australia Post, it recognises my email. So when I buy something from DJ's or other, and they include my email address, Australia Post automatically links it to my Aust Post iphone app.
The redirect option was in the app.

DJ customer service was confused and said they'd send it back out again when it got back to them

According to the tracking details, DJ's rang Aus Post the day after dispatch to change my parcels to be returned to sender immediately. They traveled from NSW to SA, got sorted, then redirected to another sorting facility in SA, then turned around and made its way back to their NSW warehouse. I never intervened, and obviously never got my parcels. They will now not resend them and will not redo the prices.

Aww. Looks like they realised they made an error (on the Consumer Notices section of their website). Unfortunately I don't think there's anything further you can do about it …
