Firmware on RCD330 (Volkswagen Radio)

Just wondering if anyone else uses this on their VW and if they wanted to split the costs on the latest firmware (5516). The software makers have started charging 15 euro for the software update, it was previously free. As an ozbargainer can't help but ask if anyone wants to share the costs.

      Technically only $10 because OP is going to be splitting the cost, not getting it free.

      But I've done the same for NAV system map updates - but instead of splitting it I'd go and find the files online to update it myself.

      Gets rid of the old bugs and introduces new ones. Oh, and a change of firmware number.
