Food or Drink Apps Allowing Multiple Accounts on The Same Phone?

Hi All

I wanted to know if there are any food/drink apps that give good introductory credit or pretty good freebies when you sign up with new accounts?
I know Guzman Y Gomez used to give a $11 credit on every new account and now they need a new phone pretty much to do it.

Are there any left that give freebies on a new account (new email and new phone number even) as long as it doesnt require a new phone or formatting the phone which is too much effort. I also know Liven forces you to only get one account per phone.

Please let me know.

    Depends on the app developers. iOS has a new feature that can allow devs to ID individual phones (which is what Liven uses). HeyYou does not.
