      Dont know who negged me but I have a couch with a 10 year warranty (7 years old) it was repaired last year and now the same exact thing is happening again all the padding inside is coming lose and the springs are coming through. Called them up the other day and now they're refusing to repair it and have offered me a good will store credit of $500 and said I can keep the couch WTF
      I have currently lodged a complaint for Fair Trading but doubt that would do anything.

        Was it a $500 couch? Take that $500, and get a new couch with a new 10 year warranty on it?

  Amart furniture frequently have sales including 25% off, sometimes a bit higher. Suggest waiting for one of those if you can.

  Further, the quality is questionable - my advice is buy pieces that you don't move frequently (like entertainment units), and not every day items that get a fair bit of stress like beds.
