Fitness freaks tend to not use these devices because they're too inaccurate to be useful.
Nonetheless some people neurotically monitor the readings from them as though they don't go 30% either way.
I'm still struggling to justify these over a Mi Band or an Amazfit Bip, they do the same job for 4 times as long battery life.
Fitbit is probably more about the Fitbit community you can't challenge your friends that have fitbits with a mi band
How do you get the ACe for $1??
This would be good also if you're a fitness freak and wanting to get someone else, e.g. your SO, also into light fitness like jogging once a week.
