Best Way to Regularly Transfer Small Amounts to India

I have been using an Indian VA for about 6 months
Recommended by a friend and hired via Upwork website

Upwork charge him 10% (which is a lot for him) and me as well plus a poor FX rate
Looking to keep the arrangement going - payment roughly $50 AU per week
Could do fortnightly if that was easier

What would be a good way to make a regular payment with reasonable FX and minimal fee
Bonus points if I can set it up to occur regularly without manual payment every week

    Can you get a Citibank plus account and send the card over to India? That way they could withdraw (Rupees?) from Indian ATM

    State bank of india, sydney … never used them though.

    Sbi Sydney. Only $2 if less than 1000 AUD and good rates too.
