      True mate - but $299 is really bad price.. I have currently one at $215.65 from TGG. but I will wait for it to go under $200…

        That listing literally states the price is $227 AUD plus $5 postage from VIC, not sure where you get $215.65 from.

        And the link says $229.00, not 299 like you stated. I got to checkout with it and shipping is free with this store, so 229 is inclusive price though its only $3 cheaper than the one you linked.

          @robbpf: Oops - sorry mate - trust me - when I saw, it was $299 and it said - Save $50.. now its save $120.. yes, you are right…

          the ebay link which I shared has 5% discount with the code: PURCHASE5 and collect from store: TGG.. so it comes to $215.65.. I'm still at $13.35 savings here :-)… But again.. I would wait for it to come down to $199 or even less… but yes, i will post this as bargain so someone less can chose to buy it

            @smiles: Fair enough, online stores (and brick and mortar) can change prices in an instant. Amazon is notorious for allowing items to get into price wars and significantly increase or lower prices minute by minute.

            I tend to forget about Ebay discounts, good reminder to check those out though.

          @carlJack: Any reason to go YAS/ATS108 over the Samsung HW-N550? I cant work out what I want to buy, am looking in the $250 - $350 price bracket.

            @flylin: YAS 108 and HW-N550 are not in the same range. YAS 108 is an excellent cheap soundbar while HW-N550 is more comparable to YAS-207.
            one advantage with HW-N550 is that you can add rear speakers to make it 5.1 surround. YAS 207 supports DTS Virtual:X which surprisingly pretty good.In my personal opinion Yamaha YAS 207 sounds better than HW-N550. Either way you cant go wrong.
