Business card holder ($6.95 shipped)

15

This one came through today. Seems like a pretty good deal so we thought we'd do another retailer a favour and post it.

mod removed the word free from the tag
I also amended the title to take out the word free and wrote that the items are $6.95 shipped.
If an order with multiple items varies the shipping, feel free to amend the title and please include how the shipping varies, in the description.

I would not call $7 for a card holder a good deal.

I beg to differ on a technicality, the postage is the deal killer, $6.95 to post that?

    postage is too $$$$$

I would only pay a few dollars for this. As others have stated, the postage is too high.

    • Agreed, garbage price, nothing close to a bargain.

  • I bought three, total postage was $14. I could spend time searching for something cheaper but this was here and now, and for the sake of a couple of dollars a unit it'll do me.

  • I don't know that a card holder for 12 cards will be enough for my wife but it will be a nice addition to her bottomless handbag.

    • 12 is perfect for me, because I only maintain 11 contacts at any one time. This will provide me with 1 spare slot, enabling me to warn people that they are about to be out of contact with me.

    Postage amount should be honest.

I don't like free product plus an inflated postage. It deemed to be a dishonest business practice.

Got mine on eBay for less than postage here. These 'freebies' from ozstock are sometimes worth it, but really, they're not free at $6.95. The cost of any item includes delivery, so it should not be advertised as free + $6.95, but rather as "$6.95 delivered".

    Where is the free product?

it comes with the $6.95 postage lol

I liked the analogy that someone posted the other day, something like

'FREE brand new Holden Commodore + $36,000 dealer delivery charges'

        I lol'd

  • To be fair, Aust posts minimum charge for parcels up to 250g (the smallest possible parcel) is $4.75. That does not take into consideration the material cost of packing the item or the HR cost.
