Printed means that your order was recieved and checked out and payment has cleared.
It is now pending packing and still falls within our 12 working day policy as it is all cooked upon order and is not old stock sitting around ;-)

Hello everyone, Just a quick email to let you know we have been working around the clock to fill orders.
We have had meat supply issues as we have had to get in over the last week and a bit a tonne of meat due to overwhelming ammount of orders.
If you havent received your order yet it will be coming shortly-Most orders will be filled within our 12 working day policy which means if you ordered on the 3rd we it should arrive by the 12th.
As most current customers know we do not hold old stock and sell it to ozbargainers it is cooked fresh. Please dont be angry but those who have emailed three days after you have ordered wondering where your jerky is, please understand above.

I missed another special, again! We stayed at my folks house while we had the floorboards sanded/polished. I used the internet sparingly there and didn't check OzBargain, to my detriment. I'm salivating at the thought of more Buckshot.
Will our order status be updated when things are shipped out? I have ordered on the 2nd and it still says "Order Status: Printed" If you said 19th in relation to your previous post then i guess i shall receive it soon.

I expect another 2 weeks from now before I receive mine.
Just got an email that my Jerky was sent today, ordered and paid for on the 2nd of may.
Order number was 891.
My order number is 880 and still was not sent although 891 is already sent out??
I even sent an email regarding order status yesterday and got no reply mail yet.

i was order number 863 and mine just arrived recently, don't worry i spoke to them and they are quite busy - they cook it all fresh so it WILL come, be patient!

IMPORTANT UPDATE - HALF OFF Sale : Due to supply issues of the quality meat we use that were outside of our control there are some orders still to ship out. We are endeavoring to get all orders processed and sent as soon as possible and our dehydrators are running 24 hours a day to meet the demand.
Double sigh lol. Would be good if you can give an indication of how much longer you guys need? Another 2 weeks? Just the weekend? And it seems alot more than some orders haven't been shipped… From the looks of it you guys were up to 850 ish.. Anyway I guess next week :(
Yeah I am also still waiting; I know the jerky is great as I have tried the sample packs before.
But the wait is a bit crazy. I REALLY hope to see it soon, the wait is a definite turn off for future orders.

yeah i've emailed them twice in the past few days just to see whether there is an ETA at all and haven't received any response at all. Very disappointing! Was order 885, so I think it was early on in the rush.

The wait wouldn't be so bad if we were actually in the loop… IMO there should have been an update every few days letting as know what order # you are up to…
This is ridiculous, still haven't received the jerky yet. It's been more than a month later. I will be sending out an email and if I don't get a reply, I will be filing a dispute.
It's shameless that they keep their online store open (and I would assume that people continue to buy jerky) when old customers haven't even received theirs yet!!

Still haven't received a reply to that email I sent and the jerky's nowhere in sight. I'm filing a dispute with paypal and I suggest you all do so as well. If enough of us do this, I guess we'll get a response.

I have been hoping back and forth trying to put out fires as well as trying to keep production up.
I have neglected this stream of ozbargain as there is a whole other stream on "wheres my jerky" We havent stopped cooking and just put
seven cookers on full and will send out email with eparcel tracking number.
