Amaysim - auto renew turned on

Hi all, any of you had your Amaysim plans automatically turned on even though you were sure you turned it off. I just had a surprise credit on my CC.

      i tried it, its good to activate it when family of friends come over to aus. turn it back off when not using it.

I've seen recommendation to change payment method to BPay to avoid such problems. I've done so on two SIMs, and so far so good.

I live chatted as soon as it happened, got a refund.
I moved to Aldi.
