New Dyson 2019 Handstick Model Due out Soon?

Trying to decide if I should order the Dyson V10 Absolute+ with Bing Lee's 15% off eBay, ending today. Also, Dyson are offering customers a V10 Dok as Gift with purchase valued at $199, so it's a pretty good package.

Only thing holding me back from buying is the fact that Dyson have released a new handstick model every year. I just don't want to be buying a Galaxy S9 if the S10 is due out soon, if you know what I mean.

Anyone have any knowledge on the supposed new model?

Would have major FOMO if they announce an even better stick in the coming weeks 😭

    I think what you really need to ask yourself is whether you expect Dyson to make another huge leap in terms of power and efficiency like they did from the 8 to the 10. I recently had a look at the v10 vs the old models to see if it was REALLY worth going for the v10. Based on the specs the answer was a resounding yes. Up until the v10, there was nothing but small improvements one year to the next. The v10 just smashes the others.

    So will they absolutely smash the v10 a year later? My money is on NO. So I'd go for the v10.

    Having said that, I really wish they'd drop a v11 so I could get the v10 cheaper.

      Cheers for the reply, I agree with you. The only other 'big' release they had after the V6 was the V8, with small improvements inbetween. I have the V6 Absolute which is pretty much a dinosaur now.

    god who cares…it just sucks dust and rubbish.

    Save your money and buy a V8. YOu'll use it for less than an hour each week and the rest of the 6.9 days will be resting on a shelf or hanging from the holder.
    I use a V8 for all 3 floors of my home and in the car.

    Actually happy that I held off on the V10. V11 sounds amazing as a 'smart' vacuum. Loving the LCD screen and battery display! $1249 for the ultimate Absolute Pro model lol..

      I feel like the V10 was Peak Stickvac. If there was anything I thought could be improved upon, I think it's the comfort and ergonomics of the grip, and maybe better seals between the accessories. Since they've not done that, and have instead opted for a pointless display on the back, I think they've jumped the shark with V11…
