Cudo have fantastic customer service. I had a problem with a restaurant and got a refund no questions asked. As a result, I have bought many vouchers from them since the incident.
Cudos to the Cudo team.
Cudo still hasn't responded to my query regarding The Natural Source. They don't give you an email address, only one of those bogus forms to fill out. So you don't even get a record of your query.

Thanks for this. Someone was pointing out that 88% percent of complaints on this forum were about Scoopon and it was questioned whether they were 88% of the market share. This articles says the tope three players: Spreets, Scoopon, Jump On It and Cudo make up 79% of the marketshare.
The Cudo boss sounds really decent and dedicated to providing an exceptional response to consumers. Cudos to him.
