Can anyone give me your experiences with billyguyatts?
How's their return and warranty?
I am looking to buy the Sharp - KCA50JW - Air Purifier as it is a saving of $200 plus.

  Great for price matching with Appliances Online & have bought from both when AO didnt have what I wanted in stock. Delivery timeframe wasnt as good as AO. Not sure about warranty as didnt have to use it

      i have investment properties & always use AO when doing reno's plus reno'd our PPR. All up probably bout 25 major items from AO. They will even deliver an item one day & pick up the old item a week or 2 later. Great when changing over stoves as you only need a tradie to attend once for the disconnect & install

  Used them both, both cheap, easy to deal with, fast delivery. Never needed to return anything.

      Theyre both good, but when i bought a washing machine frm appliances online, it went on special a couple of days later. So i phoned them and they refunded me the price difference. Thats good service!

  I ordered a dishwasher from them many years ago. It took over a month to arrive.

  I never used them again after that but I did get it cheap.

  Dodgy as - delivery of the item takes weeks - you stay home when they say its coming then it doesnt show up time after time. Broken promises. Poor customer service. Not all parts came and I asked for a refund and they blatantly ignored me and sent it a week later. Just don't bother pls :-)
