Thanks for feedback. I have bought from LYF before but a while ago, and price jacking annoyed me ($480 on website, $600 - 20% ebay voucher on ebay), and their website trawled a ton of web attacks that Norton blocked!
Phonebot's website worked through my corporate firewall and although like for like $19 more expensive, MUCH better chat/call and free case/tempered glass protector made the sale for me! Just hope the Mrs is happy, it's for her!
I've bought a refurb Luvyourphone before with no troubles
it looks like they're both ok to buy from, so in the end it came down to the purchase experience which today was in phonebot's favour, but I currently own a LYF which I've had no issues with, the key is what do these different companies do when it's not all sunshine, and today Phonebot communications were top notch for me, so they made the sale today. I stil need a phone for myself though so looking at an S8 active if I go overseas or I don't know what if local!
I bought an iPhone from luv your phone. The listing says the iPhone is in “new condition”, which I assumed to be completely new. However apparently “new” is not the same as “brand new”. The box of the phone was dirty and old but the phone itself appears fine. Plus side to this was the return process was fairly easy. Just my two cents
I've used phonebot a number of times for GPC and phone cases and experience has always been great.
