I've had similar experiences with their electronic support. Emails and phone totally non-existent, no replies to email and nobody picks up the phone, but if you go into the shops they are quite helpful. And I agree, they are really good quality

I bought for my wife. It's small and padding isn't as good as dry reds. It's more for those who travel light. Quality is still good but more on par with the lower range of the crumpler backpacks
