  • That is really nice deal. Anyway how can I find this deal in Samsung website? I clicked the link but not find the deal in shop.samsung.com

    • Look up other deals linked, they've got all the links to EPP, I've started to put the links on that post but got dragged in a meeting.
      If your company is not part of EPP, then you're out of luck

      • I got it, really appreciate!

    I managed to buy a Galaxy Watch last time using my home Optusnet email.

    When I log in, the price for an s9 64gb is $40 off, looks like samsungs isn't discounting for me then!

    • Same for me.

    • I messaged Samsung and it's different discounts for different Samsung Enhanced Partner Programs. I'm government and don't get the discount.

  • Thanks OP. My Australian Education Institute account doesn't show the discount. :( But great deals for those who can access them.

  • From what I remember, the processor used in the version of the S9 we get in Australia isn't much better than the one used in the S8, in fact, in a couple of tests the S8 was faster. My point is that if you are purchasing this, you might want to save a few bucks and get the S8 deal.

    • Damn I thought S9 was using the snapdragon 845 chipset which is rather decent

      • It's been a while since I looked but I thought it was the Exynos chip which heavily focused on effeciency and was a lot slower than what people wanted. If this is a 845, then its all good.

    • +1

      the exynos s9 is roughly on a par with the SD845. better at some things, worse at others, but equal 'generation'.

      s7 = SD820 or Exynos 8890
      S8 = SD835 or Exynos 8895
      S9 = SD845 or Exynos 9810
      s10 = SD855 or Exynos 9820

      it is better, but as far as I can recall, big increases were efficiency (for the same output) and camera, which was a step up from s7/s8 in low light.

      • From the damning Anandtech review, which heavily analyzed the performance, the 9810 is a lot slower when compared to the 845.

  • Not working with Telstra Employee Benefits.

  • still to expensive

  • +1

    can someone with the account post a screenshot of the s9+ 64GB please.

  • Updated pricing
    Samsung S9 only $649 now !

  • I use my friend's microsoft email, though she works overseas but email address can't have any difference. unfortunately, can't get registered due to "your company is not an EPP partner yet"

    Is Microsoft the epp partner?

  • I am with Optus but not working for me…

  • Basically Samsung messed up, it was 35% off since the beginning, but they didn't reflect the right price on S9/S9+
