Got an email from Flybuys says upto 40000 Flybuys points plus Google Home if you switch to Optus.

Just to clarify, it says iPhone XR in the email but when you click on the 'find out more' button then it shows the all phone and Sim plans.

      wow i think optus stuffed it up. if you look under the critical information summary its under my flex promo which is a lease contract. If you check your plan email its actually plan plus which is owning outright.

      I called them to confirm and they said it was a owning plan. so please disregard my neg.

    Looks like a tempting deal, my contract expires in 2 days, so it's either this or get the optus prepaid $120 for a year and keep using my G6 for a while.

      buy a $2 telstra sim, port out then join the next day, that's what i'm doing.

          Just activate the $2 sim using your old number so it ports it across to telstra, signed up 2 hours later after receiving port confirmation from telstra.

      For the mate20 pro it's a buy plan, i double checked with the rep, not sure about the iphones though.

        It may have something to do with the postcode on the flybuys account. All of my flybuys accounts got the offer.

      The email seems to be unique to each flybuys user, so you risk the flybuys points and perhaps even the Google home going to the person who sends you the link.

    Just signed up to this.. its now 25000 Flybuys Points, which worth an extra $50 on top :)

    Was gonna recontract on the $79 iPhone X but seeing this deal I can't help but jumping ship! I hope my experience this time is better than when I tried jumping off to Sony Xperia.

        Claim approved on the 26th of february, it arrived march 8, I have a package from optus on the way according to aus post, I assume it's my google home.
