Woke up to find the head liner in my Territory has sagged rather badly …
Can anyone recommend a suitably skilled motor trimmer to replace the lining in the Newcastle area?

What sort of price do they charge?
I've had quotes up to $600!
Most expensive was $180. But keep in mind that I’m a mechanic and do all my own head lining removals and just drop them off to him. If you are getting him to do the lot, give him a call and he will be able to tell you how much a complete remove, repair and refit would cost.
I've had a quote for $290 from a mobile guy, which seems maybe a little more than I'd like, but I'd be inclined to go that route rather than pulling the lining out myself, 'cause I just know I'd F something up, which would end up costing me more anyway!
Alternatively, if you are even a bit handy and as you are on OzBargains you want it cheap.
Buy a complete lining from a wreckers or someone parting a Territory out. $100 and a couple of hours if you are slow.
Yeah. On a wagon/SUV/4x4 they are much easier than sedans and coupes. But finding a good one may be an issue. I have a VE Ute I had done because I could not find a VE Ute headlining that wasn’t (fropanity).
I considered this, but if mine's gone, the chances of finding a good clean replacement that will stand-up to being removed and replaced, and lasting the few years I'm likely to keep the car, would be pretty low I should think.
