Hi All,
I am currently installing a Bosch Solution 3000 board with 7 sensors, 2 keypads (Bosch Icon keypad and Bosch TouchOne Mini 5”).
The system works flawlessly when either keypad is connected on it's own. The TouchOne Mini keypad keeps coming up with a connection error when both keypads are wired up.
My current thinking is that the keypads are on the same address, therefore they are interfering with each other. I note that the Icon keypad has DIP switches on the back to change the address, but am very cautious about fiddling with DIP switches.
Alternatively, I am unsure if both keypads need to be assigned as being primary/secondary keypads for them to work together. Should this be the case, would anyone know how to program this?
I am installing this with an electrician friend who has installed a number of systems, although he is not familiar with this specific system and specifically the TouchOne 5" keypad.
Appreciate the assistance.

I have a bit of experience with this panel, when adding more than one keypad (or a B426 module from memory) you will need to change the address on at least one of the pads using the dipswitches. Sounds like you already knew this though? Has that not worked?
