Just asking for some advice on this refurbished HP which has some good specs. Is it worth $765?

I am probably going to buy this Asus instead.
https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B0762S8PYMI recommend something that has an SSD as the gap between an SSD and a HD is very big in terms of speed
Agree with Kevin. SSD is a necessity
Just buy a latitude from dell outlet.
I think i have bought like 30 items from them for family. All in good nick and battery can be replaced easily. You mean a new dell latitude?
no 'as new' or 'refurbished'.
New Latitudes are only worth it if you can buy in bulk.
ok, where can I find the Dell outlet?

Buy a latest latitude.
Latitude 14 7490 is the newest one. Refurbished ones may come with scuff marks but they still work fine and have 3 years professional warranty.
I wouldn't buy a second hand laptop. Battery life is important to me, and because of poor BMS inherent in all laptop designs, battery performance and life drops off considerably in the life of a laptop. I guess you could replace the battery if you wanted to, but that'll probably push the price up to a new one on special. Also, if you're a big fan of other people's semen, then maybe refurb is the way to go.
