Similar to last time, don't know if this qualifies as a deal, hence posting here in the forums.
Yarra Trams delivered 96.7 percent of services in January, with 88.3 percent of services arriving on time.
Our performance targets are 98.5% for reliability and 82% for punctuality. The result for January means that Yarra Trams has not met the performance threshold and eligble passengers may claim compensation.
Who is eligible?
Eligible passengers are those who hold a myki pass valid for 28 days or more, and who have touched on on a tram, at least 10 times in January.
If you are eligible, you will receive a credit on your myki equivalent to 1 Daily fare.
Process to claim the compensation - needs to be done by end of Feb
Fill in details: name, email/postal address, myki card number.
Sit back and wait for confirmation that you'll receive the compensation, which equates to one daily full fare, which I believe is $8.80.
Yarra Trams should consider lowering their target so that they don't have pay every month.
