If only it was a good game. Opportunity missed.

      AAA release 😂😂

    • +1

Well I am hopeful about this game

    • Game looks solid but during the beta I was looking for something more and it just wasn't there.

Should be worth a playthrough at a later date for cheap if they don't muck it up (this is EA though).

    • Triple Aaaayyyyyyeeeeeeeeeee!

It says $78 on your site?

    $55 + delivery of $33 it seems.

    • $7 in most of Sydney.

Free delivery would twist my arm =]

  • Is this going to flop? I can see this going same path as Destiny 2 and becoming $20 after 2 months.

    • -2

Destiny 2 is a better game then this.

      Although this has nice graphics.

So this should be a huge failure.

    • There's alot of negativity surrounding it mainly due to the EA circle jerk lol There's a surprising amount of people that are jumping on the hate train without actual research (look at this thread). I highly doubt this game will flop.

I don't think it's the EA influence because look at the popularity of Apex. After playing the Anthem demo, it's basically Destiny in Iron Man suits so not for me.

        • +2

I think that was the reason the developers of Apex didnt want any marketing for the game because they knew the bad reputation the EA name holds (plus people were expecting Titanfall 3). I mean its fine to not like the concept of the game, but alot of people are just hoping the game fails cus EA lul

  • Any stores to pick up in Canberra?

    • +1

Nah, they don't have a store in Canberra.

Absolutely great price for a AAA game on release. Really hoping they do this price for a lot of upcoming games

  • Hasn't even come out yet and it's already $55

  • This game is gonna tank

  • +2

Destiny + Iron Man suits = Anthem

In other news, Apex is free.

  • I played it on the preview weekends and it's actually quite a good game. What I think is going to make or break it is the strength of the campaign. We already know BioWare can get that part right, let's hope they did a better job of it this time than they did with Andromeda.

  • So excited for this release, thanks for the awesome price guys!

Why do I need to pay delivery just send the pc key

  • just wait for the amazon price match…. reckon that's a slogan these days..

  • +1

Beta was extremely lacklustre. I'd be waiting for reviews and a better idea about what endgame will look like before thinking about buying. Zero sympathy if you pre-order.

  • $55 and its not even out….pretty sure it will be $40 in month.

  • Requires paid Xbox live to play single player apparently, best to get a PC.

  • FYI Harvey Norman is selling Anthem for $55 with free delivery too: https://www.harveynorman.com.au/anthem.html
