This i highly recommend.
This one good for android TV?
Not according to the Google Play Store.
Bugger. The quest continues then!
@serpserpserp: X-plore is a solid choice. Supposedly works on Android tv.
@elshandra: ES File Explorer is another option for Android TV,
@elshandra: I remember them from the Symbian S60 days!
I am using xplorer on my sony Android tv and its works really good.
This came up in the play store as not compatible with Android TV for me. Can you give the exact name or the developers name please?
Solid Explorer is still my favourite and it is the best I've used on Android TV.
mine too (on phone + tablets)
I love how every developer claim that their app is the best. Lol.
you should try buying drugs.
Hmm 🤔, well they are a high yield investment. I'll consider it.
My app is the 7th best, want to buy it?
Is this any better than the default one on a pixel?
best? doubt it. App Updated August 16, 2018
So?
I needed something like this a while back, default file browser in android may as well not exist. Had to get a trial version to load files into an nfc tag app.
Been using File Manager by ASUS for a while now. It is very good and free.
Works on non Asus phones?
Yes. It is a open source project. Find it in the play store.
This app is clone of the Asus app, they've just added "Pro" to the name.
What I type here is the best comment. See? It says it right here so it MUST be true.
List price:$6.49, not $9.99
Solid explorer ftw
Ghost Commander is free.
This looks like a clone of the Asus File Manager that has always been free
Use the Asus original app from a trustworthy developer.

Who in his right mind would spend $9.99 on a freakin file manager. They might as well have priced it at $99!
I miss XtreeGold…
MiXplorer or gtfo! ;)
Astro is good and its free!
Does not support Amber 2.0. Better use Cx File Exlorer.
Looks like the deal has expired.
Can someone comment on how it compares to Astro?
