I can't redeem Assassin's Creed Rogue. It shows up as $29.95 on the console and if I try to purchase it via the website marketplace it never proceeds to purchase screen, it just reloads the page.
Also I managed to redeem Bloodstained but whenever I try to "install to my devices" it never does it. Nothing shows up in my game library on the Xbox dashboard either.
Anyone know how to get AC Rogue and download Bloodstained?
I only use one Gamertag/account on my Xbox but I did recently hook up a new Xbox and set it as my Home console. Could that be an issue? It won't download Bloodstained and Rogue doesn't appear free on either console.
It shouldn’t matter either way if you’re signed into any console with your profile that has paid gold.
I always buy the free games through the website anyway.
Bloodstained was not released locally, so you'll need to change location to USA to see it and install it. Then you can switch back and it'll be there ready to play.

If the home account with paid Gold hasn't been logged into for a while (which shares gold with all accounts on that console), that will cause this issue.
