Has anyone had any problems with Our Deal?
I bought a deal for Northside Hair Works 15 Apr. My cc was billed 17 Apr. I never received an email saying the deal was activated but saw on the site it was. I never recived a voucher. I chased for a vocuher via email 21 April and again today. All I have is 2 automated respnses saying we have received your email.
There are no phone numbers on the webiste to call.
I guess I will wait one more business day to see if they reply to my email from today & then speak to the hair dresser & then the bank to get the billing reversed if possible?
Junk mail has been checked & rechecked daily there is nothing in there.

You can try logging onto the website and the voucher might be there in your account under 'my vouchers' or something. I have never had a problem with them.
