I've just had dealings with them and found them great. I purchased a power bank and the manufacturer (ZAGG) lied about the capacity. The team at AllPhones resolved the matter quickly and refunded enough to cover the reduced capacity. By the way…never trust ZAGG ! They advertise their 'ignition 12' as being 12000mah but it is only 8800 at 5v….the 12000mah is at the internal battery voltage of 3.7v!
I have a tp link powerbank, it is very good in regards to its capacity, my phone is 2700mah, and it charges it around 4 times like 15 to 80 . It states is 1000mah and I think it really lives up to it, given in to account of energy loss by heat
