I have purchased this many times and is a great steak

Better than the steak i get from the Preston Market and cheaper too.

  $15 shipping to Metro Vic kills it, could be decent if you were already going to place an order.

  It can be delivered in either a Polystyrene Box or Cardboard box if you are going to be home

  All fresh

  Both have ice packs in them

  They say the when delivered in a Polystyrene Box it can last out for up to 4 hours, but it can actually last much longer than that, I have left it longer

  The Steak comes vacuum sealed

  Other meat for example: Mince comes in packages like the ones from the supermarket

    I normally stock up on the specials as have a freezer

    The Pork eye fillets and Premium Mince are great

    The Lamb Cutlets are good, but have only got them on special

    Have tried a couple of roasts and they were good

    Brought the lamb chops last week but haven't tried them yet

    The Frenched lamb cutlets are good but pricey

    The hamburgers are nice too

    I haven't ordered any chicken from there as I have the La Ionica Factory close to me so I go there.

  $19 is a lot pre KG for porterhouse. Usually at most butchers for around $11-15 per KG including slicing. Unless its more expensive down south?

    Just seems like kathmando pricing to me.

    Studies indicate people feel good about getting a discount even when they KNOW they have been bamboozled. Humans are weird.
