    Actually, this was started by an OzBargainer who then sold it off to another company. Had these in LA several years ago when they were trendy there.

      dont see how being an ozbargainer is relevant given rep posts are just using this site as free advertising

      anyhow scroll icecream been around ages, u see it all the time in south east asian street vendors

  They are really good, though almost $10 these days I think?
  Expect long waiting times since they do make this on site.

  We were first in line last time, when they opened at Windsor, and it was awesome!

  Yes, I can see this is going to take a long time. It’s 12.59 now. I arrived around 12.45 and I’m in the first 20 people in the line. They can’t seem to premake the item and keep it in a freezer.

  They didn't start making the ice cream till 1:00 sharp which was a pain but it was definitely worth it…

  They were giving everyone the Oreo flavoured one…
