[NSW] Unlimited Szechuan Flavours Buffet $19.80 (Mon-Sat 5pm-8pm) @ Ricefields, Steam Mill Lane, Haymarket

180

Hi all,

Found this at Haymarket this morning.

Looks to be a decent deal especially considering the times available. Not super keen on the 1.5 hour time limit. I have not been before, but for the price would give it a go.

If anyone has been before, would been interested to hear about your experience.

Fine print:
- Offer is only available for dinner.
- Offer excludes any liquor and alcohol.
- Images are for reference only.
- 1.5 hour dining policy applied for Ricefields buffet campaign.
- Ricefields reserves all the right to vary any term without giving prior notice.
- This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotional offer.

    What's on the buffet?

    • There is nothing on the promo which explains that. I may just need to dine there and find out!

    • should be some Szechuan style dishes, but I am not sure how many choices in total…

    • Warren buffet?

      • Turd of a comment.

    • Spicy Vegetables ? look at the poster cant really find any "Meat" dish…

  • I suggest you could have a try, $20 is good deal.

    • You should go and provide us some feedback :D

      • I tried before, but it is not a buffet. there are some small portion dishes you can choose yourself put them on your tray and pay at the end, veggies cost $3-5, meat $5-8, seafood %8-12. The advantage is people could try more dishes than normal way coz they are all small dishes with lower price per dish.

        • so its not buffet all you can eat for flatrate $19.80??

  • Hey probably make it super spicy to stop you from eating too much.

Will be first time. The cheap buffets I've seen have used: salt, frozen food, flour, misleading or false advertising ie lobster, octopus, crab and prawns but has only prawns and sushi on offer.

      • That's been my usual experience on cheap buffets. I hope someone can break that trend.

        • Star Buffet, the one I go to is in Bankstown RSL, that's a pretty good value for money buffet

Buffet food is never being good. Imagine they have to cut corners otherwise they will be out of business. I went to Star buffet before. if you bit into a honey chicken. You will be surprised how much meat is in it compared to batter. Also the fried fish. check it out yourself.

Proper 5 star buffets are good. They cost $80+ per head though
