I purchased a v30+ from JB deal last week and gave it to my daughter..
Now, I need a phone for myself: I'm trying to decide between:
Camera (back camera, don't use front selfie) and battery are number 1 priorities

I bought a LG v30+ & i recommend the s9 due to these reasons. I too have Bluetooth issues that cannot be fixed without LG support.

Battery is definitely better on the LG. My partner has s9 i have v30+. Really not much between them. I prefer the bigger screen on the LG but others might like the edge on the s9. Seems a little more "premium"
Lots of review sites comparing cameras on both phones. I find the LG one fine for what it is as is the S9 but I use a full frame Nikon for anything important so havent gone into pixel peeping the differences.
LG has 2 years factory support vs what off gumtree? cant see the value in paying that much more for a 2nd hand or grey market s9 but I may have a different opinion in a few months!
