Looked online and these RRP at ~AUD3.50+ for one (so 12 would be ~$42)

Also need to pay for shipping (but free if in Aminoz club, which is free to join for 1 month)

20g protein per serve (protein bar alternative).

You make them with water in the microwave.

    Obviously not as great as a fresh muffin thats not designed to be healthy, but when I had the apple cinnamon they were much better than I expected so I bought them again.

  They will be fine, just be wary of buying from AminoZ, I refuse to purchase from them any more as they will spam the crap out of you and don't respect unsubscribe requests. Extremely annoying.
