    Just tried at Westfield Liverpool and they couldn't honour it. The staff said the online store was different to in store, which sucks because they have plenty of stock there but now I have to pay an extra $2 to click and collect something that I can physically grab myself.

        Don't really remember specific numbers but for general use it's good. It's about an arm's length long and the width is about an average sized duffle bag.

    last time I bought from them the package was packed somewhere else then shipped (hence cost to them) to the store, so it's not pick and packed at the store.

    Not saying it's right or wrong, but it could explain why…
