Any chance someone out there can tell me a pdf link to the latest coupon please? I have one saved from Oct 2010, but not sure if there's a new one now? Please help if you can! Thanks!

coupon can be used multiple times, but most of the time you need to show the original receipt
No, the barcodes are generic.
I do have a valid receipt (coupon is valid for 30 days from date of purchase), I just didn't get to do the survey within 3 days to get to the coupon. Might try using a old coupon with my receipt fingers crossed
Aren't these have unique barcodes? Therefore if someone shares their coupon then they can't use it.
