EDIT: Don't forget to use CashRewards or Shopback, or whichever you prefer, or is the best value. Ensure your AdBlocker is switched off and no other tabs are open when you click on the store link. I like ShopBack because it gives me a detailed click history and exact date for when my refund will be made.
Bought a few more Meguiars products. The 473ml compound is several dollars cheaper than Supercheap Auto's current sale (about $29). I figured I'd get the 3.78l for long-term savings.
There's also an All Purpose Cleaner which I purchased link Good for interior fabrics when used carefully with good quality brushes (like a hog's hair brush).
Only thing left is a high quality metal spray nozzle (like the one shown in the video below), a few brushes, and I'd like to try the CarPro HydrO2 Lite Wipeless Silica Sealant (also shown in video) but they are much cheaper on Amazon US than AU, but postage is too high so I will try to find a reasonably priced one somewhere in Aus.
Very much recommend the following YouTube videos for detailing (he also supplies links for all the products he uses in his description section):

I also bought an Autel MD808Pro OBD2 Scanner the other day. Quite cheap compared to the ridiculous Amazon prices for the same unit. However, the seller I bought it from doesn't have PayPal, so Ebay vouchers are not usable. BUT, I had Ebay on the phone while I was making the purchase because there was no Add To Cart button, and I called to ask if I could still use the coupon, genuinely thinking all sellers must have Paypal. The Ebay rep said yes, it can be applied once I am in the final stage of checkout, and I went ahead and pressed Confirm to Buy. But there was nowhere to input the voucher code (in this case the PIXIES code). Both the rep and I hadn't seen that the seller doesn't offer Paypal as a payment method. Since the rep told me I could use the code, I was offered a $50 voucher on my account.
Will let you know how the scanner goes. It has very good reviews and I was told about it by a guy on the phone from Bursons. Hopefully it's genuine, complete, and works on my car so I can go to mechanics armed with some knowledge of what really needs fixing!
Cool story bro! Decent price from Sparesbox as usual
