Apart from whipping out the clippers, where in Perth South of River can you get a haircut under $15 ? Most of the hairdressers I have seen charge $20 minimum for a child.

Maddington Central, there is a small shop opposite Kmart that does $10 quick hair cut for everyone. there is also one in Bentley Plaza that charges $16 for adults and $15 for students and I think $12 for kids.
Thanks, I ended up going to this one you mentioned in Maddington, it is $12 now but it was a quick haircut and I was happy with paying this amount.

Theres a barber in Angelo St in SPerth that advertises $15 haircuts. Never been there, but ive seen the sign.

I think they charge per inch of rat-tail.
Not South of the River but a hair salon named Kwik Kut in Coventry Village in Morley charged me $15 to cut my hair. It can go as low as $10 for an adult if it is a basic cut.
