I'm building and designing some electronic circuits for some personal projects and was looking for some PCB manufacturing. I've noticed some like JLCpcb is $2 for 10 pieces but the shipping is $25. Does anyone here know any cheap PCB manufacturing which has a relatively quick turnaround (< 1 month) and not ridiculous prices?

$2 from JLC is the cheapest you'll get, AllPCB as mentioned are good too (fast). But anywhere in Asia you'll find the postage is more expensive than the boards. The alternative is to ask them to use China Post and wait 4 months. But seriously, $25 for some prototype PCBs is already ridiculously cheap.
